Duchess as the next Evil Queen. While reading Next Top Villain, this image popped into my mind! I just had to draw it! Her dress was inspiried by this!
Next Top Villain is appeared in France the last month, and when I finished the book I really realized that Duchess would make an Hexcellent Next Evil Queen *__* ! (and also a Perfect Next Black Swan - obviously èwé) …This fan-art is so Hexcellent *w* !

I too thought that on the covers of the books “Next Top Villain/Villainy General” we would have the official artwork of Duchess.. and in fact we have a “ugly” artwork, I’m pretty disappointed T-T.
