This aesthetic was very easy to do. There are just so many siren/mermaid lovers that I had all images in a few days together, while other take me weeks to complete.
I know that many like Enthraa, but I don’t like her that much. I don’t know much about her and she seems cold and disrespecting everything that is not a siren (that also lives in the sea). But I won’t lay down on my opinion, we will see in the future. What I can say is that I am in love with her character design!
Under the sea Darlin’ it’s better. Usually. Mermaids are pretty common race in Eldarya world. They cannot stay long away from the water but with a little help of special potion. Mermaids of warm oceans will have more colourful tails and scales, those living in colder areas looks more unobtrusive. You can spot a single mermaid- but rather near the shore than in the open sea. They are a
herd creatures, a carnivore ones. They look pretty but can be cruel and dangerous, and rather unstable, specially during mating season. Usually the don’t meddle with terrestrials’ matters, prefering random encounters. Their jewelry is really famous, intricate and organic-looking pieces of arts are made of pearls, corals and fishbones and are of high quality.
They look totally different, from totally different aquatic worlds, with totally different personalities, lives, and opinions… AND I TOTALLY SHIP THEM *.* !!!
